PLease Read the rules throughly.*See below* We have been getting a lot of complaints the last few days of members that are violating our rules. Please remember the following also. Do not harass other members or site staff members. (adminstrators, moderators etc) If you have a problem with a staff member send a private message directly to the adminstrator explaining the situation. Our team does make mystakes like everyone does. We try to keep this place the best we can. Our software here is not the best for our sort of use, which can make it hard at time for our moderators to keep track. So If there is a mystake please explain it clearely to the modrator and with detail so they can fix there mystake. Please remember keep the drama out of here, Contests cause a lot of it but do not bring it in the door here. Contest galaxy is ment to be a fun place to win contests with and is not ment to be a mud throwing contest. If you do find someone that isn't returning votes just hit report on there post and our moderators or adminstrators will look into the issue.

These are the current rules as of 10/29/2010 They are subject to change.

1.To post links on this site you must also vote for other members that need votes. If not your link will be deleted and you can removed from the site.

2. Vote requests should only be posted in the Vote exchange section.

3. Links should only be posted on the forum. Please no spamming the message system.

4. This is a family friendly site. No rude language, fighting, asking to not vote for others.

5. You should return at least once every 48 hours to return votes.

6. Users are unable to be deleated.

7. Posts are unable to be deleated. (If you have a problem with a contest we can help you by moving it to a hidden section)

8. You must also have 10 posts to post a vote request. You can however post your link as a reply when you vote for others.

9. Only one Thread per contest. Duplicates are deleated or merged.

10. Please read the section rules before posting in the vote exchange section. Links are located below.

This is a notification to all members. We are requesting you to make sure that you do not have any threads in the locked sections.

I will be cleaning the locked section. I will notify members that they must follow what the moderator wrote on there thread to have it eather fixed or all votes returned.



To learn if you have locked threads. Go to your profile *click yoru name from the list) go to statistics and click "Number of topics" that will bring up a list of all the topics you have created and what sections they are in. If you find you have 1 or more topics in the locked section please private message Admin or by replying to this with the links and I'll help you figure out what is wrong. If you don't comply you will be receiving warnings by the forum guidelines of not completing the rules. If you receive enough warning you can be temporary banned or perminatly banned. Do not worry each member will receive a 2-3 day notice before there account is actually banned so that if they are still lost about the locked topic section they will be able to notify me there as well.
