Contest Instructions
Nominate a Facebook page by September 15th by submitting the page URL.
Two Chances To Win! Our team of judges will select the best page from the entries as “The Ultimate Property Facebook Page” and YOU the people will select the “People’s Choice Award” by voting on the best community page.
You may vote up to once per day for the People’s Choice Award.
The following is the criteria our judges will use to select The Ultimate Property Facebook Page:
1) Overall page quality
2) Uniqueness of design
3) Frequency and quality of wall posts
4) Effective use of multimedia,
5) Fan engagement.
Bonus points for tangible evidence of increased number of leads, resident retention and/or referrals.
Facebook pages must be in compliance with Facebook Terms of Service. If the page is not in compliance, it will be not be eligible for the competition.
Submissions accepted through September 15th. Voting begins September 16th. You may vote up to once per day!
