What are You Allowed and Not Allowed to Post as a Request to Exchange Votes

We've had some recent concerns about what kind of contests or promotions our members are allowed to post and ask for votes in return.  Yes we are a "Vote Exchange" but that really does encompass a wide field.  Say I want likes for my FB page and YOU want votes for a contest.  I vote for you and in exchange you like my FB page.  Or say I have an article or item listed for sale and I want the word spread.  I vote for you and you share my item listing to your family and friends, say via a share on your FB wall, or a tweet.  these are things we currently allow as long as there is no cheating, bribes, or cost involved.  Below is a list of topics we allow and do not allow.  Please read carefully and make sure you add to your header whatever you do not wish to be responsible for returning favour for.

ALLOWED :
Views, Votes, Likes for a Contest
Views, Votes, Likes for FB Pages, Websites, Videos, Products, and Others
Tagging (could include friends and family as well as others)
Invitations (could include fellow sweepers/contesters, friends and family as well as others)
Sharing (Public or otherwise, may include anything from Photos, to Comments, Articles, to Items for Sale, etc)
Tweeting
Pinning
Commenting
Registrations
Referrals
Subscriptions (FREE Only)
Texting (FREE Only)
Instagram (Be prepared, Not EVERYONE owns a smart phone and might not be able to return your vote through no fault of their own)
Models (scantily clad models permitted as long as there is no nudity)
Grassroots Contests (NOT Campaigns)
Fund Raising (As long as there is no cost to our members)
Crowd Funding (As long as there is no cost to our members)

LIMITED:  (You may have a topic, but may NOT vote for others and REQUIRE a Return)
Fund Raising Involving Cost
Texting Involving Cost
Anything Requiring a Software Download/Install.  You may ASK, but a return is NOT required. Please word your request as "OPTIONAL"
Other NOT listed as not allowed that involves cost
You May Petition for us to accept other things here

NOT ALLOWED :
Political Listings
Grassroots Campaigns
Anything that costs money (except as outlined under Limited)
Nudity and/or Pornography of any kind
Offering Prizes in Exchange for Votes (This falls Under BUYING Votes. Prizes offered by the Contest Sponsor, However are Allowed)
Buying or Selling Votes
Listing Items for Sale that Must be Purchased for RTF
