Contest Instructions
Create a design that will be used by STYLEJUNCTION portfolio owners as their background image.
The images can consist of photos, sketches or graphic designs. No images of real people, sexual content or offending material will be accepted. No copyrighted material will be accepted.
All images must be saved as the following: SJ_BACKGROUND_IMAGE_YOURFAMILYNAME_FIRSTNAME. Use your full name in the Title field.
Files must be 300dpi Size 1680 X 1050 pixels in jpeg, tiff, bmp or png format and must submitted before 5:00pm on September 9th, 2011.
Legal: STYLEJUNCTION shall not be held responsible for the disqualification of the image submitted. Participant warrants and represents that he/she has the right to submit said image and that he/she is the author and the sole copyright owner of any of the image submitted. Participant agrees and understands that the selected image will become the exclusive property of STYLEJUNCTION and that STYLEJUNCTION may use the image selected at its sole and absolute discretion. By submitting the image the participant transfers any and all property rights on the images to STYLEJUNCTION and waives any and all moral rights under the Copyright Act or under any similar legislation. If the image is not selected, all rights will automatically revert back to participant. Participant holds STYLEJUNCTION harmless of any and all liability, damages, claims, demands, costs of any kind resulting from any third party claim relating to the image submitted.

Créer un design de page web qui sera utilisé par les détenteurs de portfolios STYLEJONCTION comme fonds d’écran. L’image peut consister d’une photo, d’un dessin, d’une illustration, ou d’un montage graphique.
Aucune image de personnes, comportant du contenu sexuel ou offensif ne sera acceptée. Aucune image protégée par droits d’auteur ne sera acceptée.
Les images doivent être sauvegardées comme suit: SJ_IMAGEDEFOND_NOM_PRENOM. Utilise ton nom et prénom pour le Titre de l’image.
Le fichier doit être en 300dpi 1680 × 1050 pixels et en format jpeg, tiff, bmp ou png. Pour être éligible, tu dois envoyer le fichier avant le 9 septembre 2011 17h00.
Avis légaux: STYLEJONCTION ne sera pas tenue responsable de la disqualification de l’image soumise. Le participant représente et garantit qu’il/elle a le droit de soumettre l’image dans le cadre du concours et qu’il/elle en est l’auteur et qu’il/elle est l’unique propriétaire des droits d’auteur y rattachés. Le participant comprend que l’image sélectionnée seront deviendra la propriété exclusive de STYLEJONCTION et pourra être utilisée par STYLEJONCTION à sa seule et absolue discrétion. En soumettant l’image, le participant cède tous ses droits à l’égard de l’image à STYLEJONCTION et renonce à ses droits moraux conformément à la Loi sur le droit d’auteur et toute législation similaire. Si l’image n’est pas retenue, tous les droits seront rétrocédés automatiquement au participant. Le participant tient STYLEJONCTION indemne à l’égard de toute poursuite, demande, dommages, coûts de toute nature résultant de toute réclamation de tiers relative à l’image soumise.
