Contest Instructions
Upload your own photo. Photo submissions go from October 5th, 2011 to October 19th, 2011. The ten finalists will be selected by The Animal Rescue Site staff. The public will vote between October 21st, and October 30th to determine the grand prize winner. The winner will be announced on October 31st.
