Parents are encouraged to enter their child for free braces.

Your photo must include the Great Expressions “Smile” logo. You have the option of posing with one of our office signs or download and print the logo here. Remember to include a short caption telling us why you deserve free braces! Photo must be submitted in [.jpg, .gif, and .png] and cannot exceed 500K.

Only persons residing in Michigan who are at least 18 years of age can enter.
