Contest Instructions
Design a creative side panel for a milk carton. Include something about your local school and why school milk is all kinds of good. The contest is open to all Oregon residents over the age of 13. Parents please enter on behalf of your children under the age of 13.
Prize Eligibility
Only persons residing in Oregon who are at least 13 years of age can enter.
