FACEBOOK PROMO
GENERAL MECHANICS:
1. This promo is open to all Philippine residents with a Facebook account.
2. Using a Facebook Account, become a Fan of 7-Eleven Philippines.
3. Click on the “Refresh Your World” tab on the left corner of the fanpage.
4. Click on the “Enter Contest” tab.
5. Choose “Allow” to fully access application and to create entry.
6. Fill- up entry form with the following info: First Name, Last Name, Address, Mobile/ Landline Number, Email, and Date of Birth. Then click “Continue”.
7. On the “Title” field, tell us how you plan to refresh the world in seven (7) to eleven (11) words.
8. Upload an original photo of you with any Pepsi product.
9. Photo entry must show/ incorporate any Pepsi product on it.
10. Photo must be in jpg/gif/png format not more than 2mb. Photo must not yet published or used in any other promotions.
11. Only one (1) entry per account is allowed.
12. Deadline of submission of entries is on 19 Sept at 11:59 midnight.
13. Prizes at stake are three (3) units Electric Pedal Bike CMF-AJ-E004 Model.
14. Electronic Grand Draw will be held on 20 September at 5PM at the Philippine Seven Corporation’s promo agency, Global Procurement Inc. (GPI) office located at Unit 308 Gateway Centre, Paseo de Magallanes, Makati City. The draw will be witnessed by a DTI representative.
15. A person can only win one (1) Electric Pedal Bike for the entire duration of the promo.
16. Winners will be notified through Facebook via the 7-Eleven Fan Page Account, thru Facebook private message, by phone and via registered mail.
17. To claim prize, winner must present letter of notification from Philippine Seven Corporation agency, GPI, together with two (2) valid IDs IDs (IDs with picture on it): Passport, Driver’s License, SSS or GSIS ID, Postal ID, Voter’s ID, NBI Clearance or Company ID.
18. Prize can be claimed at GDW Enterprises at 253 G Quirino Hi-way, Baesa, Quezon City. For provincial winners, claiming can be arranged to take place at the nearest 7-Eleven store.
19. Claiming period is sixty (60) days after receipt of notification. Prize unclaimed after this claiming period will be forfeited in favor of Philippine Seven Corporation with prior approval of DTI.
20. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
21. Prizes are tax-free.
22. Employees of Philippine Seven Corporation, Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines, Inc., PepsiCo International, Global Procurement, Inc., its agencies and participating outlets including their relatives up to second degree of affinity and consanguinity are disqualified from joining this promo. All winners’ identities are subject to verification.
23. Promo runs from September 10 to September 19, 2011.
24. Per DTI-NCR Permit # 6715 Series of 2011.
