We know that you all are doing great things on your journey to slimdown, now we want to hear your stories! Submit a short essay (250 words or less) about what you are doing to reach your goals, new lifestyle choices that you have made, ways you have engaged in healthier practices, or changes that you have seen as a result of your efforts. Take this chance to share your story, have fun, and you may even win a prize!
