- Must be a resident of one of the following counties: Sacramento, Yolo, San Joaquin, Amador, Placer, El Dorado, Nevada, Sutter, Yuba to enter.
- Video Submission must be 1 minute or less in length.
Submission & Voting Dates:
- Submit your video September 6 – September 20, 2011
- Voting runs from September 21 – October 5, 2011
How to Win
- The winner will be the video with the most votes when the contest ends.
- The voting period begins on September 21, 2011 and ends on October 5, 2011.
- The winner will be contacted and announced after the contest is completed.

Only persons who are at least 18 years of age can enter.
