Prize Details
The MENTOR Network is looking for an individual we serve to help us honor our Ripple of Hope award winners with a live vocal performance at this year’s awards ceremony.
The winning individual will receive an all-expense paid trip to Boston with a guest to perform a song or two during the Ripple of Hope Awards ceremony on November 9, 2011.
Contest Instructions
The Network Nightingale contest is open to all consumers/clients served by The MENTOR Network and its partners. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
CONTEST INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Create a short video (2 minutes or less) highlighting your singing talent. You may sing a song of your choice.
2. Visit www.thementornetwork.com and click on the Network Nightingale link in the lower left-hand corner to print and sign The MENTOR Network’s Marketing/Photo Release Form. Then email it to psg@thementornetwork.com or fax to 617-790-4271.
3. Fill out the required contact information on this site. Then follow the instructions to upload your video using YouTube or Facebook.

Finalists are chosen by the selection committee and the winner will be announced on October 18, 2011.
Prize Eligibility
Only persons who are at least 18 years of age can enter.
