I vote for everyone here. I have a policy that I will only vote after the new people vote down the wall. Do you think that is fair. I just think that it is good manners to give before you get. What are your thoughts?

That is fine. We are working on making a new rule for newer people, to show that they will vote back and not so people vote for them and never get anything returned.
