Prize Eligibility
Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of Texas 18 years of age and older as of August 24, 2011, who are authorized to purchase electricity at their residence; and live within a deregulated electricity market area within Texas during the Promotion Period. Employees, officers, directors, agents, vendors and representatives of Sponsor and each of their parent companies, respective subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising/promotion agencies involved with this promotion (the “Sweepstakes Parties”) and the immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and household members of such persons are not eligible to win.
