1. No Purchase Necessary. The "Budweiser 52 Weeks to Win II Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes") is open to residents of the United States (except CA), who are 21 years of age or older. Void where prohibited.
   
2. Sweepstakes begins at 3:00:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time ("CDT") on May 6, 2011 and ends at 2:59:59 p.m. CDT on September 2, 2011 ("Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes Period is divided into seventeen (17) entry periods (each an "Entry Period") as outlined in the chart below.

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the "Budweiser 52 Weeks to Win II Sweepstakes" application on the Facebook Platform at https://www.facebook.com/budweiser ("Website") and follow the online instructions to complete and submit an on-line entry. All entries must be received and recorded during a specific Entry Period to be eligible for that Entry Period's drawing/prize. Sponsor's designated official judging organization's computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes. No other form of entry is valid. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address per day. A "day" is defined as a twenty-four (24) hour time period beginning at 3:00:00 p.m. CDT and ending the following day at 2:59:59 p.m. CDT.
   
4. Neither the Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for lost, late, misdirected, unintelligible, returned or undelivered entries, email, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Website or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, miscommunications, failed computer, network, telephone, satellite or cable hardware or software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this Sweepstakes or Website, or act in violation of the Official Rules, or act in any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any person, or violate Sponsor's terms of service as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified. Neither the Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by Website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in this Sweepstakes, and assumes no responsibility for any errors, omission, deletion, interruption or delay in operation or transmission or communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized Website access. Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries, and may subject that entrant to disqualification. Neither the Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. Should any portion of Sweepstakes be, in the Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes, and randomly select the winner(s) from valid entries received prior to action taken, or otherwise as may be deemed fair and equitable by the Sponsor. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same email, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant, and must comply with these rules. The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the email address by the ISP or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. All materials submitted become the property of Anheuser-Busch, Inc. and will not be returned.
   
5. Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about each Drawing Date listed in Rule #2, from among all eligible entries received during the corresponding Entry Period. Non-winning entries will not carry forward to subsequent drawings. All drawings will be conducted by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winner may not substitute or transfer prize, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with prize of equal or greater value. Limit one (1) prize per person per Entry Period.
   
6. All prizes will be awarded. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for a given Entry Period. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email and will be required to respond to the notification within twenty-four (24) hours in order for the independent judging agency to capture winner's name and address in order to send winner further documentation regarding the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for suspended or discontinued phone service which may result in a potential winner not receiving initial prize notification. Winners will be required to complete, sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release within three (3) to seven (7) days of prize notification, as specified on winner's prize notification letter. If applicable, winner's travel companion(s) must be at least 21 years of age as of the end date of the corresponding Entry Period and will also be required to complete, sign and return a liability and publicity release prior to receiving travel documents. In the event of noncompliance within these time periods, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected (time permitting). Any prize notification or prize returned to the Sponsor or its agencies as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the awarding of that prize to an alternate winner.

   Entry Period 2 – 2011 MLB® All-Star Game® Trip Prize (1): Trip for winner and three (3) guests to the 2011 MLB All-Star Game in Phoenix, Arizona. Travel dates: July 11, 2011 – July 13, 2011. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation, double-occupancy hotel accommodations for two (2) consecutive nights, four (4) tickets to the 2011 MLB® All-Star Game™ and the State Farm Home Run Derby™, $600.00 spending money and one (1) digital camera. ARV: $6,920.00.
   Entry Period 3 – COPA America Trip to Argentina Prize (1): Trip for winner and one (1) guest to attend the 2011 Copa America in Argentina, South America. Passport required for international travel. Travel dates: July 10, 2011 – July 13, 2011.    Entry Period 4 – Daytona Beach Race Trip Prize (1): Trip for winner and three guests to the race in Daytona Beach, Florida on July 2, 2011 (the "Race"). Travel dates: July 1, 2011 to July 3, 2011.    Entry Period 9 – "Yankees vs. Red Sox" Prize (1): Trip for winner and three (3) guests to Bronx, New York to attend the New York Yankees vs. Boston Red Sox game ("Game") on September 24, 2011. Travel dates: September 23, 2011 – September 25, 2011.    Entry Period 10 – Budweiser Superfest Concert Prize (1): Trip for winner and three guests to the Budweiser Superfest Concert ("Concert"). Concert location and date to be announced at a later date by Sponsor, in Sponsor's sole discretion. Travel dates will be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor's sole discretion, at a later date. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation, two (2) consecutive nights double-occupancy hotel accommodations (2 rooms), four (4) concert tickets, $800.00 spending money, and one (1) digital camera. ARV: $4,220.00.
   Entry Period 11 – "Dodgers vs. Giants" Prize (1): Trip for winner and three (3) guests to San Francisco, California to attend the Los Angeles Dodgers vs. San Francisco Giants game ("Game") on September 10, 2011. Travel dates: September 9, 2011 – September 11, 2011.    Entry Period 13 – ACL Music Festival Prize (1): Trip for winner and three (3) guests to the ACL Music Festival in Austin, Texas. Travel dates: September 16, 2011 – September 19, 2011. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation, three (3) consecutive nights double-occupancy hotel accommodations (2 rooms), four (4) 3-day passes to the festival, $600.00 spending money, and one (1) digital camera. ARV: $4,960.00.
   Entry Period 14 – World Police and Fire Games Prize (1): Trip for winner and three (3) guests to the 2011 World Police and Fire Games in New York City, New York.    For All Trip Prizes: Any cash portion of a prize will be awarded in the form of a Visa® Gift Card. Visa Gift Card is subject to terms and conditions as set by issuer. All air transportation must originate and end at the gateway city nearest winner's home. Winner and his/her guest(s) must travel on the same itinerary and on the dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Winner and guest must comply with all travel requirements, which may include, without limitation, presenting necessary identification (including passport or driver's license) at the time of travel. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Any costs incurred due to changes to the original itinerary are solely the winner's responsibility. For All Prizes: If winner cannot accept the prize as specified, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release and hold the Sponsor and Promotion Parties harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.
