The grand prize winner will be designated the “NorthShore Hockey Mom of the Year” and will receive the following:
- Round trip limousine ride and (4) 100 level game tickets to a Blackhawks regular-season home game
- One (1) night stay at the Sutton Place Hotel
- Winner’s personalized name and number on a Blackhawks replica jersey
- Meet and greet with the winner’s favorite current player
- $500 in Blackhawks gift certificates
- One (1) team signed hockey stick
- The opportunity to watch team warm-ups from the Zamboni® ice resurfacer entrance
- A full car detail
- The winner’s name and photo on the main scoreboard during an in-game announcement. The Blackhawks TV crew will interview the “NorthShore Hockey Mom of the Year” at the United Center during her selected game.
First Place Prize:
Five (5) First place winners will receive:
