ELIGIBILITY:
OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, WHO ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE AND WHO HAVE VALID EMAIL ADDRESS. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Employees (and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. ("Sponsor") or other companies involved with the sweepstakes, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, dealers, service agencies, independent contractors, advertising and promotion agencies, web hosting and service and fulfillment providers are not eligible to enter or win. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:
The sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on July 26, 2011 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on August 1, 2011 ("Sweepstakes Period"), and will be divided into daily entry periods (each, a "Daily Period"), with each beginning at 12:00 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59 p.m. ET.
TO ENTER:
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the Serve Fan Page on Facebook, click on the sweepstakes tab and follow the directions to complete and submit the entry form. You will be required to "Like" the Serve Fan Page in order to be eligible to enter. You can "Unlike" the Serve Fan Page on Facebook at any time after entry. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on August 31, 2010 to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address via this method per Daily Period. Bonus Entry: You can receive one (1) additional entry for each Daily Period by following the directions provided on the entry form to post the sweepstakes on your wall. Multiple entries received from any person/email address in excess of the stated limitation for any entry method will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
GRAND PRIZE DRAWING:
One (1) potential winner will be selected for each Daily Period in a random drawing from all eligible entries received for the applicable Daily Period, for a total of seven (7) winners. Drawings will be conducted on or about the day following the applicable Daily Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. Nonwinning entries from one drawing will not carry forward into subsequent drawings. Potential winners will each be notified by email and may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and, unless prohibited, Publicity Release within five (5) days of date of issuance. If a potential winner fails to return all required documents fully-executed within the specified time period, a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, or Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner selected for the drawing at issue. If any potential winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winner set forth herein.

Samsung Galaxy Tab™ 10.1 (Wi-Fi Only) – 16GB (wireless service plan not included as part of prize). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $499.99 each. Total ARV of all prizes: $3499.33. All federal, state and local taxes as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded are each winner's sole responsibility, including the costs associates with any wireless service plan. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer a prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person/household.
PUBLICITY GRANT:
Each winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to announce him/her as a winner on the Serve Fan Page on Facebook and to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, in any manner, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled messages, notifications or entries; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, or in any sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the sweepstakes or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.
DISPUTES:
This sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A. without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. Entrants hereby agree that any and all disputes, claims, causes of action, or controversies ("Claims") arising out of or in connection with this sweepstakes or these Official Rules shall be resolved, upon the election by entrant or Sponsor, by arbitration pursuant to this provision and the code of procedures of either the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. ("JAMS") or the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"), as selected by the entrant. In addition to JAMS or AAA, Claims may be referred to any other arbitration organization that is mutually agreed upon in writing by entrant and Sponsor, or to an arbitration organization or arbitrator(s) appointed pursuant to Section 5 of the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. Sections 1-16, provided that any such arbitration organization and arbitrator(s) will enforce the terms of the restrictions on arbitration provision set forth below. IF ARBITRATION IS CHOSEN BY ANY PARTY WITH RESPECT TO A CLAIM, NEITHER PARTY WILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO LITIGATE THAT CLAIM IN COURT OR HAVE A JURY TRIAL ON THAT CLAIM.
