Contest Instructions
Submit a photo of your dog in his/her most Patriotic moment! The most creative and Patriotic photos will be chosen as Finalists. Winners will be chosen by public vote. Must “Like” the ProActive Balance page to be eligible to win. No vulgar or otherwise inappropriate photos will be considered.

Only persons residing in United States who are at least 18 years of age can enter.
