Tattoo Artists: Submit your tattoo design starting on Monday, June 27, 2011 through Sunday, July 31, 2011 and encourage everyone to VOTE! Voting period is from Monday, August 1, 2011 through Sunday, August 21, 2011. Please see our Rules, Terms and Conditions for design requirements and contestant eligibility.
Prize Eligibility
Only persons residing in Florida and Washington who are at least 18 years of age can enter.
