Prize Details
Win an eyewear makeover which includes frames of the winners choice and lenses in their current spectacle prescription. If the winner does not have a current spectacle prescription then an comprehensive eye exam will be performed by one of our doctors and the exam fee will be subrtracted from the winning amount of $500.

Photo entries accepted 6/21/2011-7/19/2011. Voting period is 7/20/2011-08/03/2011.
One vote per day per person.
Simply dig through your old photos to find the ‘ugliest’ eyewear you ever wore and post the picture on Family Vision Care and Wink Gallery’s Facebook page under the CONTEST tab. Winner will be selected based on the number of unique Facebook ‘Likes’ received by family and friends.

Only persons residing in United States who are at least 18 years of age can enter.
