#2 I MUST return my votes
a. I don't return votes
b. XWithin 24 Hours for a Daily Contest and 48 Hours for a One-Time Only Contest
c. I have to return my votes?
d. None of the above
#3 If I do NOT WANT to return that vote, I MUST
a. Put it in my header BEFORE I receive that type of vote
b. Ignore it and it will go away
c. Tell them I refuse to return it
d. XJust leave and never come back
#4 I can just post my topic and never come back

a. Be fine. Rules are made to be broken.
