If you need help understanding them, feel free to ask. In a nut shell they are there to prevent lying, cheating, vote stealing as well as to make things easier for the staff to track who is and is not returning votes. Also, please post that you agree to abide by them. Thanks and good luck.

Oh yes! I absolutely agree to abide by them.

Is it my understanding that I must first vote for 10 people before I can post? And that I can only vote for the first person in each category? This is where it gets a little confusing to me.

The 10 Vote rule is obsolete at this time. Your agreement here is sufficient and you are free to open a vote request in either the 1x or daily section of the vote exchange.

It appears I am not allowed to post an external link for 7 days. This, I did not see. It's challenging, because there are a lot of rules.

There's no use my asking for help without the link as this is the only way folks can see my photo and vote. Any suggestions?

Thanks for letting me know. This is NOT how this is supposed to work. I just recently had someone else tell me this and thought they were doing something wrong. We don't have a 7 day policy angry

. Not sure what is going on. I will look into it, might be some updates or something with the host site.

If you want, you can try it now. Some changes had been made to the forum permissions for some reason. I am not the usual editor for the site so I am not sure if the tweaking I did worked or not.
