Prize Eligibility:
Only persons residing in Canada who are at least 13 years of
age can enter.
Contest Instruction:
Non-professional,amateur performers must submit a video, no longer than 5 minutes and 30 seconds in length. There will be a youth division (13 years of age to 17 years of age)and an adult division (18 years of age and older). All submissions will be judged based on 60 percent technique and 40 percent showmanship for a maximum total of 100 percent. There will be semi finals held on April 21, 2013, the semi-finalists will be announced April 10, 2013. Finalists will compete at the Cochrane Trade Show on May 10th & 11th, 2013
Prize Details:
$500 cash prize for youth division, $1000 cash prize for the adult division & the opportunity to perform as the opening act for the trade show finale concert
