The Sponsor is calling for submissions of original, unpublished, still-media (“Artwork”) appropriate for use as or on promotional and commemorative posters for the inaugural USA Pro Cycling Race™ (the “Race”) to be held in Colorado, USA on August 22 – 28, 2011 (the “Contest”). The Sponsor will select, from qualified submissions, one entry to be used on the national promotional poster (the “National Poster”) and 11 other entries to be used on local posters specific to the 11 host cities for the Race (“Local Posters”). The host cities (each a “Host City”) are the Colorado cities of Colorado Springs, Salida, Crested Butte, Gunnison, Aspen, Vail, Avon, Steamboat Springs, Breckenridge, Golden and Denver. Entrants are encouraged to submit Artwork that reflects, represents or alludes to some aspect or character of the Race. The Sponsor encourages Artwork submitted for consideration for one of the Local Posters to also reflect, represent or allude to some aspect or characteristic of one of the Host Cities. This is a skill-based contest and chance plays no part in the determination of winners. There is no fee to enter, no purchase is required, and purchase will not improve chances of winning.
