Complete the registration form (part 1) to enter a Team into the Championships.
Establish a Game Plan: Create Your Video
Examine the Official Rules Playbook at www.medi-dyne.com and using the Creative Assignment, build a ‘game plan’ of what your Team wants to communicate with your video and how
Practice Makes Perfect: Submit Your Video
Once your video has been perfected to include all the required materials submit it on Facebook Contest Page. Upon submission, your Team is automatically entered to win the Wild Card Drawing!
Sport Your Team Spirit: Spread the Word
Share the contest with your school, family and friends, or fellow students and athletic trainers. The more views and votes you get the better your chance of winning!
Become the Biggest Fan: Win More Prizes
Looking for another way to win? Get others involved! Encourage them to build their own Team and submit a video. Have them specify they were “Referred By” you on their registration and you could win a prize for being the Biggest Fan.
Get in the Game: Vote for Your Video
Beat out all other competitors by receiving more video votes. Anyone can vote daily so gather your best cheerleaders to vote for your video, and help you win the Final Championship!
