New user-groups have been created. Rules have been added for each group. 
New members: You have just registered to this site and are a "new member". You need to acquire 10 posts by VOTING for others, not just posting nonsense/spamming. You are not allowed to post a new topic until you move into the member group. If you open a new topic and your 10 posts were not all from voting, it will be locked until you get the 10 posts by voting.
Members: You can post topics. Remember, return every 24hours for Daily votes and 48 hours for One Time votes. Do NOT abandon your topic, or you will be warned and put into the "Restricted" group. No generic vote replies and follow the rules.
Good Voters: Return votes well, and no current warnings. This group is optional, you can ask to have it when you meet the requirements or we will see if you want to be added.
What you require for it:
Minimum of 100 posts on our site.
Must Be an Active member.
Must have profile picture.
No Major warnings within the past few months or minor within the past month.
What will make you lose this status:
Inactivity for 4 months.
Breaking a big rule. Ex: 1/2 day vote returns or abandoning a topic.
Breaking 2 or more minor rules. Ex: generic replies or no vote #'s.
You will have to earn the status back. Instructions will be given by an Admin or Mod.
Restricted: Have not returned votes or abandoned their topic, members who have done this, are in this group. You are not allowed to post a topic, and must earn your member status back.
Probation: For "restricted" members that are doing a good job at earning their bar back, but also for people who have been getting too many warnings. This group will be for both. One as a warning to members who keep breaking the rules, and for the previous restricted, it's moving back towards a member.
