Consider this your big opportunity to take a trip down memory lane! You may even inspire current ChristianMingle members that they too, can find God’s match for them online!
The rules for entry are simple: Make us fall for you like you fell for your perfect match!
Was your proposal particularly romantic, complete with buckets of joyful tears and your best friend hiding behind the bushes to capture it all on video? Did ChristianMingle help connect you with your soul mate from across the globe or across the street? Or, perhaps you, your sister, and your cousin all found God’s match for you™ on ChristianMingle, making you our first “Mingle Matched” family? Okay, these may be stretching it, but the point is: We know you’ve got a story to tell…and we want to hear it!
To enter:
1) Send in an original, unpublished essay of up to 800 words. Be as detailed and creative as possible. There are no rules in terms of whether you want to write in the first or third person, or whether you write about ChristianMingle itself, a specific stage in your relationship, or your life together as a whole.
2) Once your story has been submitted, you will receive and email, within one week, asking for at least one photo of you and your special someone (five max, and we prefer high-resolution images).
3) Bonus: Feel free to send any additional assets, though they are not required. These can include, but are not limited to, extra photos, a link to your proposal video/wedding montage, an album of your growing family or anything else to show us your relationship is unique!
In words, images and/or video we welcome belly laughs as much as the pull on our heart strings! Hey, if a picture is worth a thousand words, your story will be priceless.
