ideas how to solve this image puzzle

so there is a contest in my country and they give you some parts of a picture, when they reach more fans they give people more and more fragments.

i was wondering if there is any program on the internet capable of recognizing photos, images parts. i know prgrams to thw whole of it, but it would be nice to hear from someone else

maybe i can even post the image here, i give US50 paypal if someone does guess ahahahaha
