If anyone has broken any contest galaxy rules your post will be moved to the post jail section. Users are required to get there threads reopened or they may not be able to create another thread on the site. Here is how the topics are seperated by.

Posts that have broken any rules and have unreturned votes will be posted here. If you do not return votes you are not allowed to repost any new topics and your account can be subject to being banned.
Locked Topics Click to visit
Threads that have broken the smaller rules and do not have any unreturned votes. This section is less likely to result in a banishment from the forum. Users are requested however to fix any mystakes and message a moderator or adminstrator to have there topic moved back to the vote exchange section.
Any thread that has been in the locked topics or return required sections more than 7 days will be posted in this section.
